Every home has a story of how it started and where it stands now. Everybody also has a story for every chapter in their life, and finding the process for their purpose. Kim Signoretti-McFaline and Pam Smith have been working on this restoration project in Smiths Station, AL and it’s finally ready for a reveal. If you’re in the market for buying a new home in that area this one is a beautiful place to be!
If you’re interested in seeking help to restore, revive and resale your property please reach out to Kim to discuss the possibilities. Believe me these are life changing transformations in all aspects.

As the summer comes to an end; I’m remembering the meals we used to make for lunch while my parents were at work during the day. Like most Filipino families rice is a staple, so spam, corn and rice was a summer dish after a long day at Dandylion dance camp in high school. I still crave it to this day. Last week I started making spaghetti and realized I didn’t have any ground beef, so I substituted it with SPAM. SPAMGHETTI turned out pretty good!
Just curious, do you break your spaghetti noodles before boiling or do you cut them after cooking? Or just leave them long? How do you cook your spaghetti?

Yesterday when I was driving on Highway 26 into Columbus, I saw a man walking his dog backwards on the other side of the road. I suppose he was doing it that way so he could see the cars driving by them. Both he and his dog were walking at a steady pace like they have done this before or were training for a new Olympic sport. When I got closer to the downtown area of Columbus, Victory Drive to Veterans Parkway to be exact I saw another interesting thing. A guy wearing a green beanie pulled over his face just like Dumb Donald on the Fat Albert cartoon. Unreal but really real, these images seemed awkward yet seized kairos with a blink of my eye and a wink from some angels above.
I failed at keeping my promise of writing my monthly blog on here. Life got busy since my last post in March. I worked on a film called Breaking Joy in April, a second table read for Hurtsboro, Southern Scares is now being watched around the world and in preproduction for Die Alone filming in November. Extremely excited for all these things and everyone involved to make it all happen.
Maybe those strange images I witnessed the other day was a nudge from God to write about it and let you know that I am still here. Whether it be mundane or foreseen, we can win at this game by staying kind to one another.
