News about my mural project!

For sometime now, I have been working on a mural project for Main Line Health King of Prussia. It provides a Segway from an elevator bank to a staircase that leads to a rooftop garden at the center. The garden grows herbs and vegetables for cooking classes held at the center. The mural is designed as a series of vignettes in a busy garden that you see something new in each time you pass by. Here are some pictures, as well as a shot of me and Main Line Health’s Art Ability coordinator, Erin Panner. She was the wind beneath my wings during the many months we worked off and on to complete the project. Also, a shout out to Brian Gannon and John Cawley for their help along the way.

Surf and turf for Valentine’s Day dinner

Hello, friends!
Paintings, sculptures, and jewelry are still on exhibit and up for sale as part of Art Ability, Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital’s annual fundraising art show to support artists and patients living with disabilities. It is Art Ability’s 30th anniversary, On the works can be seen online or at the hospital itself, located in Malvern, PA. One of the four paintings I have in the show sold on opening night in November, but the others are still for sale alongside works from an international array of artists. You can search by artist name at the link, or just browse through this eclectic collection or paintings, photographs, and jewelry.
One of my favorite paintings is in this year’s show-- “don’t worry / we’re all friends here”—which was a delight to watch unfold and helped me see a little bit more of the magic of this world.
