In Loving memory of Bonnie Drury from her family.

Bonnie Drury, born on December 17, 1955, embraced life with passion until she tragically left us on March 24, 2024, following injuries sustained in a car accident on March 23, 2024. Bonnie passed being serenaded by her husband's tender words of love while surrounded by her daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughters.
Bonnie leaves behind her devoted husband, Bill; cherished children, Sean, Brandon, and Carol; adored grandchildren, Caleb, Iris, and Evelyn; beloved sister, Gale; nephews, Kris and Tony; as well as grandnieces, grandnephews, and others she embraced as family. She is predeceased by her mother and father.
Bonnie was a woman of diverse talents and boundless love. Bonnie was a military veteran, an inspiring teacher, and a gifted painter. A proud Purdue alum, she embodied the spirit of her alma mater while remaining a steadfast Hoosier, always exemplifying true Hoosier Hospitality. Bonnie's zest for life was evident in her passions for painting, reading, gardening, and exploring the world on cruises with loved ones. Whether with family or friends, she found joy in every moment. Bonnie's legacy of love and kindness will forever resonate in the hearts of those who knew her. Though our hearts ache with her absences, Bonnie's family finds solace in the beautiful life she created and the love she shared.
A memorial service to celebrate Bonnie's life will be held at Scott Seawinds Funeral Home in Lake Placid, Florida on April 3, 2024, at 11:30 am; another service will be held at a later date at Our Lady of the Lake Church in Edwardsburg, Michigan for those who knew her and wish to pay their respects. Details will be announced for friends and loved ones to join in honoring her memory.
Bonnie will be deeply missed but fondly remembered as a beacon of love, strength, and grace. May she rest in eternal peace.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the Alzheimer's Foundation, an organization near and dear to Bonnie's heart.
