🪦 BEHIND EVERY NAME IS A STORY…

History comes alive at the Bonnie Kate! 🎭

The Bonnie Kate Regional Arts Center is thrilled to welcome the McKinney Center’s A Spot on the Hill for a special, one-night-only performance right here in downtown Elizabethton!

Created by playwright Anne G’Fellers-Mason, this original, research-based play shares the fascinating stories of people buried in Jonesborough’s Old Jonesborough Cemetery. Now in its 12th year, this unique production looks beyond the names and dates carved in stone to explore the lives, loves, ambitions, and struggles of the people who helped shape our region.

Through music, mystery, and local folklore, A Spot on the Hill offers an unforgettable evening of storytelling that connects us with the people and history of Northeast Tennessee. 🍂

📅 Sunday, October 18, 2026
🕖 7:00 PM
📍 Bonnie Kate Theater | 115 S. Sycamore Street, Downtown Elizabethton
🎟️ Tickets: $12

⚠️ DON’T WAIT TO RESERVE YOUR SEAT! Our last three live theatrical productions sold out, and this special guest performance has just ONE night at the Bonnie Kate. Advance reservations are strongly encouraged!
