Come meet kangaroos, wallabies, armadillos and more right here in Elizabeth, Co. Tours are limited to your party only so no crowds, hands on interaction and education. Now accepting reservation!

Looking for a special edventure? Open through Nov 1st weather permitting. By reservation only, small groups, educational and interactive. Meet special animals from below the equator! All of our animals are being raised on our ranch so for the safety of our animals and guests we do have to close during the winter, but will be reopening come spring time 2027. Be sure and follow us on Facebook for special opening days this winter if the weather is good.

We are fully insured and licensed by USDA and Colorado Parks and Wildlife. All of our barns are fully temperature controlled to protect from the highs and lows here in Colorado!

Meet Alita, our emu. She is not as mean as she looks! Just waiting for her sweet potato treats. Remember only 5 more weekends to reserve your tours to come meet all the animals. Weather permitting, we will be closing our 2026 season for the winter the end of October. We will be back May 2027! Be sure and follow us on Facebook, if the weather is kind to us we may be able to have some pop up weekends this winter. Of course we will be announcing new animals and funny animal antics throughout the winter!

Banksia, the Eastern grey kangaroo still using her toe as a pacifier, Rebel the Bennett wallaby growing so fast he is getting ready to leave the pouch. Just reminding everyone that our season is coming to an end, there are still openings for October so don't miss out. We plan on being open till the end of October depending on the weather, but will be back next year! Gift cards are always available for giving an adventure to remember. Be sure and follow us on Facebook for pop up events throughout the winter on days that the weather is good. And of course updates on the animals!

This is how Bruno, our big hairy armadillo decided to spend his labor day! We will be starting our fall hours effective Sept 15th. Paco, our lowland spotted paca, got a new girlfriend this week! She is a little cutie, and getting to know her new friend. She is looking forward to meeting everyone on their adventure at the zoo. For those of you wondering who we are! A bit more about us. We are USDA licensed, have been for close to 30 years now. Also, a licensed Zoological park by Colorado Parks and Wildlife. We are subject to drop in inspections at any time by both of these agencies insuring some of the strictest standards of care in the industry. All of our tours are small, no more than 10 people at a time. By reservation only, so visit our website to book your tour! Fully educational and interactive. Meet kangaroos, wallabies, armadillos, some of the cutest rodents from South America and so much more! Showing off his standing abilities is Bruno, our big hairy armadillo.

Making his debut at Equator's Edge Wildlife Center this last weekend, Rebel our little Bennett Wallaby. This is Cricket's baby our little Albino Wallaby. We posted her and Kiwi with the babies peeking out in an earlier post. Rebel will now be joining Banksia, our Eastern Grey kangaroo baby as a part of our ambassador program. We are a small licensed zoological park located right here in Elizabeth, Co. By reservation only so be sure and visit our website to make your reservation. Education thru interaction!

Pepper, the western grey kangaroo and Peabody, the agile wallaby just wanted to let everyone know we will be open for the 4th of July weekend!
