For those of you wondering who we are! A bit more about us. We are USDA licensed, have been for close to 30 years now. Also, a licensed Zoological park by Colorado Parks and Wildlife. We are subject to drop in inspections at any time by both of these agencies insuring some of the strictest standards of care in the industry. All of our tours are small, no more than 10 people at a time. By reservation only, so visit our website to book your tour! Fully educational and interactive. Making his debut at Equator's Edge Wildlife Center this last weekend, Rebel our little Bennett Wallaby. This is Cricket's baby our little Albino Wallaby. We posted her and Kiwi with the babies peeking out in an earlier post. Rebel will now be joining Banksia, our Eastern Grey kangaroo baby as a part of our ambassador program. Meet Banksia, the eastern grey kangaroo! Banksia is a beautiful flower found in Australia and when you come on tour you can see a banksia seed. One of the most unusual flower seed you'll ever see. Banksia is only 6 months old and as you can see in her picture has quite the personality. Be sure and stop by the Elbert County business expo this sat from 10am to 3pm. So much for the family to do and see and a chance to win 4 tickets to the zoo!
