In this vast open land, a man named Eli stands at the place where two roads meet. He’s been walking one of these roads for a long time, carrying the weight of old stories, lost dreams, and hopes still waiting to be fulfilled. The wind rushes over the plains, swirling the sky in colors that feel like memories — part storm, part light.

Eli looks out at the mountains in the distance, unsure which path to take. One road might lead him back to where he’s been — to what’s familiar and safe. The other could carry him somewhere new, somewhere unknown but full of possibility.

In this moment, he realizes that we all, at some point, come to a place where two roads meet — a place where we have to choose. And though the sky feels heavy with questions, there’s beauty in knowing that either way, the road goes on.

Maybe that’s why this painting speaks so deeply — because we’ve all stood at that crossroads in life, with the sky swirling above and the future wide open.

Somewhere in this valley, a woman named Aponi steps out of her tepee and looks up at the sky. The clouds are moving fast, and she can feel a shift in the air. Maybe a storm is coming — or maybe something new is about to begin. Aponi has been waiting for a sign, for clarity on what her next step should be. Like so many of us today, she’s standing between what has been and what’s to come, hoping for direction. This painting holds that quiet moment — a moment of waiting, wondering, and trusting that life will guide her where she’s meant to go.
