I don’t practice New Year resolutions. How ever, I would love to share what I learned over the past year:

- [ ] READ READ READ. Start little by little but I swear the best kept knowledge lives in 📚📚📚.
- [ ] Someone’s opinion of you is none of your business. Most liberating realization ever. 🤛🏾
- [ ] Forget being perfect. Psychology that will be your ruin. I Promise 🤞🏾
- [ ] You might be alone while you’re getting your stuff together. That’s okay. 💞💞💞
- [ ] Tunnel vision is SUPER important. It’s NEVER any of your business what the next is doing. 💎
- [ ] Most importantly, consistently exercise compassion for yourself first and then for everyone else. 😘
