Our scouts are home after their “Big Adventure” at Worth Ranch Scout Camp in Texas. Despite heat and humidity they ended their camp with smiles and a big bear hug for the maverick scout they hosted. Our troop received 5 of the 13 staff awards given out and leaders helped to win the staff vs scoutmaster baseball game!

This weekend we had the honor of hosting High Desert Council’s first Camporee- a competition of scout skills and lots of fun! Despite the wind, we persevered to support almost 200 scouts and nearly 100 adults and volunteers in their scouting adventures.

Huge shoutout to everyone who made this a success along with Wildlife west Nature Park for hosting us! We had an amazing weekend of fun, friendly competition and community!
