I've been away from gaming for a bit. Been focusing on myself, my health, my laziness, and have been putting in some work to change it....
If I started to do more reels and work out chats, who would be interested in joining me and chatting it up.
I am by far a professional, and just learning more and more about my body. But I want to help anyone I can, whether it be motivation to get up and out, the encouragement for the day, or just someone to listen to your problems. I'm not asking for stars, or donations, as I believe I have those turned off.
I am having fun going to the gym, making a change for me, kids have noticed, wife has noticed, and my coworkers have seen the change.

I will post videos, and reels on different types of workouts, different alternatives to popular workouts where it's either hard to master for a beginner or needs practice on it. Different ways to target the muscles you are trying to activate, and just some tips that I have picked up as a newbie gym goer.

Video of an easy core alternative to getting down on the ground, engage the core, works some on the flip flexors, but stack the weight on the assisted pullups machine, lock the back and use your core to drive the weight down, squeeze and hold for 1 second, then controlled up. I don't go all the way up and let the resistance go, I keep the resistance the entire time. Try 3 sets of 8 to 10 and let me know how those abs feel!
