Tomorrow is INDIE BOOKSTORE DAY. This is me applying to be your next favorite online and pop-up bookstore.

I’ve got a wide selection of books from marginalized authors. I’ve got creative nonfiction, poetry, memoir, and political theory. I’ve got corduroy hats that say “Read Q***r Books” and “Read Banned Books”. I’ve got tarot inspired stickers and totebags.

Stop thinking the world doesn’t need your art — it does. We need your imagination, your passion, your sense of hunger and hope.

But here’s the thing: we don’t just need your art to exist, we need to see it. Not because someone out there thinks your art belongs on a gallery wall, but because your art is YOU. We need your art to nurture the world we deserve because the world we deserve needs you. ALL of you.

Art alchemizes. Art heals. Art inspires. Art connects. Art reflects. We need all of it. We need your grief, your rage, your hope, your dreams.

That’s what Fortuna Collage Collective is about. This is where we alchemize our stories into personal and collective power.

Our first creative invitation will be posted on May 1st. Our first collage club session starts on May 15th. Our first collage exhibition will open for submissions in December.

Fortune will favor the bold. Join the bold.
