julismithfineart.com Juli Smith grew up in Fargo, ND and it was there her passion for creating beautiful art was nurtured by nationally-renowned artist and sculptor, Catherine Mulligan. My art is a loose style that's been inspired by Henri Matisse, Richard D
iebenkorn, Stan Kurth and Andy Evanson. I love the loose and flowing medium of watercolor and love to combine it with the creaminess of gouache"
