The Springs Historical Society, for instance, recently patched up the Parsons Blacksmith Shop, right next to the library; the Springs Citizens Advisory Committee meets at Ashawagh Hall; and SpringsFest has taken off in the past few years as a fall mainstay in that area.
The current timeline for completion is by next summer. Read more on 27east.com!
