DOWN TO THE BAIT SHP: (Foxhole South).
Over three week's time I've had a lot of wonderful visitors. All people connected to Foxhole, Grey Fox, Podunk and even old Winterhawk. All fabulous people! We did some boating out on beautiful sandbars on gorgeous late spring days. We had some great food, visited the Green Parrot of course, and celebrated being in Margaritaville! Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
As to the Foxhole I still have one hurdle to jump. But we have great friends down to the Milk Run. Their input will make the health department very happy. Or as happy as they're capable of being. Our inspector last year was a lovely woman who saw things very well organized. It was a good year all around! And nothing would succeed very well without Jay. And everyone should know he was extremely disabled by a bad car wreck. Folks like him don't walk into your life everyday. The son I never had and a buddy with a huge heart.
As to my planning I'm contacting an imaginary kennel to take care of my imaginary dog for about ten days. You catch my drift. Its a whole different insurance issue. Bigger money. I had to come up with a new monetary entrance fee. That would be $70 for seven days. If you come after Saturday, after 7pm Jay will give you a break. Can't avoid the price of gas and how delivery of our water, PPs and dumpster gets unloaded on a customer. That's how our economy works. Seven days at ten dollars a night? Can't apologize any more for that.
Okay, I gave you something to read. I'll scrape up some more thoughts later. Its mid-May. The Foxhole is almost just across the street. I'm trying to psyche myself up for the long road trip. I usually leave at 3am with a huge tankard of coffee. Black. Most drunks are off the road. Just me, truckers and cops. All my lights work, I'm doing the speed limit, I'm drinking strong black coffee. Search my car all you want. Officer, is there a bathroom near?
T-shirts are coming along. If anybody needs larger sizes after X-large let me know. I can get 3x, 4x, 5x, I will probably have a few 2x also. If you go to the Milk Run during our outing you may see employees wearing Foxhole shirts. On the 15th they go to Grey Fox shirts. As is appropriate. These people are friends of the Foxhole. Thank them if and when you can. I'll check in again soon.
