Nightmare on Whittier

🎃 An Important Update from Nightmare on Whittier 🎃

Every October, our family pours our hearts into creating Nightmare on Whittier. What began as our love for Halloween has grown into something truly special—an annual display that brings thousands of children, parents, neighbors, and visitors together.

Our display takes more than a month to build and about a week to take down, but seeing the excitement and smiles it brings makes every hour of work worthwhile. We are incredibly grateful for everyone who visits, supports us, and makes Nightmare on Whittier part of their Halloween tradition.

Sadly, due to a family member’s health issues, we have made the difficult decision to take a break and will not be presenting Nightmare on Whittier in October 2026. Right now, our family needs to focus its time and energy on being together.

Thank you for your understanding, kindness, and continued support. We will miss celebrating Halloween with all of you this year, but this is only a pause—not goodbye.

We fully expect Nightmare on Whittier to return in 2027, bigger, scarier, and better than ever!

Until then, thank you for all the unforgettable memories. Please keep our family in your thoughts, have a safe and happy Halloween, and we’ll see you again in 2027!

With love and appreciation,

The Nightmare on Whittier Family 🖤🎃

We are in the worst part of the storm now grounds soaked and the winds pretty strong, we had a few casualties so far hoping for the best! The real scary part is will everything dry out in time for the big day? Keep your fingers crossed we get a break.

Just a friendly reminder that the Whittier display is a view all you want but do not touch display. Anyone found grabing the monsters or tearing at the fence will be asked to leave. This is for your safely as well as the monsters!
