BIG NEWS!!! We’ve been working behind the scenes to transition one of our very favorite local fiber festival to be OUR local fiber festival. Today, that was completed! Melinda Boss Mare Shearing and I are the new team behind Fayette County Fiber Festival and we’ve got lots of cool stuff in the works for the next festival JUNE 19, 2027!

Yesterday's festival ended with lots of excitement. Just before the storm hit, we pulled the winners for the 50/50 and the quilt raffle.

Amy Hoffman from Aliquippa won the 50/50 and was there to claim it!

The winning ticket for the handmade quilt was 311530. The winner, Amanda, has been contacted.

Yes, we will have a yarn winding station at the festival again this year!

For $1.00 per 100 gram skein, you can have the yarn you purchase at the festival wound into cakes that are ready to use. All proceeds from yarn winding will be donated to the Wounded Warrior Fund again this year.

*Please note - only purchases made at the festival will be wound. Thank you for understanding.
