Get ready for three exciting days of harness racing at the Grandstand, featuring County Fair Challenges, Illinois Topline Races, ICF Stakes and IDOA State Fair Races.

📅 Monday, Aug. 31 — Post Time: 4 p.m.
County Fair Challenges, Aged Division & Illinois Topline Races

📅 Tuesday, Sept. 1 — Post Time: 4 p.m.
ICF Stakes, including The Shawnee, The Director’s Award, The Governor’s Cup, The Windy Skeeter and more!

📅 Wednesday, Sept. 2 — Post Time: 4 p.m.
IDOA State Fair Races featuring eight ICF races with estimated $5,000 purses!

One of the best parts of the Du Quoin State Fair? Admission is FREE all 11 days! 🙌

🚗 Day of Parking Information
Day of parking is cash only and available at the following locations:
• South Gate – Illinois State Route 14: $10 daily
• Gate 1 Parking Lot – U.S. 51 Entrance: $15 daily
• Gate 4 Parking – Jackson St. Entrance: $10 daily

🎟️ Seasonal Parking Pass – $30
Good for all 11 days of the fair at Gate 1, Gate 4 and Gate 5.
Available day of or can be purchases prior to the Fair with cash or credit card.

♿ Accessable Parking
Accessible parking is available at:
• Gate 1 – North and South sides of the fairgrounds
• South Gate – Illinois State Route 14

🚋 Need a ride? Gate 5 is the pickup and drop-off location for the handicap-accessible tram.

We’re excited to welcome Hunter Flynn to the Du Quoin State Fair Grandstand as the opening act for Randy Houser! 🤠🎶

A Kentucky-born singer-songwriter and visual artist, Flynn brings a powerful blend of folk, country, soul and gospel that he calls Appalachian Soul Music.

His journey to music was shaped by adversity and transformation. After surviving a life-altering car accident in 2022, Flynn decided to fully embrace his creative passions — creating music rooted in authenticity, vulnerability and the stories of Appalachia.

With powerful vocals and raw, heartfelt songwriting, Flynn has shared stages with artists including Zach Top, Wyatt Flores, Jamie Johnson, Larry Fleet and Jackson Dean. In 2025, he was named Artist in Residence at the Kentucky Music Hall of Fame.

Now, he’s bringing his one-of-a-kind sound to Du Quoin! 🙌
