Getting things dried now, starting to really be able to harvest in bigger amounts. I think the collecting and drying processes are relaxing in a special way.

No farm stand this year ☹️ Too much going on to get fresh flowers to market (Though anyone wanting fresh flowers should contact me!!! I will do bouquets and arrangements on request...).

Dried bouquets and flowers for my other art are accumulating so when I find a way to sustainably manage both the creation and "market" side of things I should have a glut of inventory.

Yes, that's right! MLB arts will be donating portions of proceeds of sales of my work to this wonderful agency by participating in this upcoming group show. There is so much artistic beauty to behold. Many local artists and a great cause that is personal to me. My beloved great aunt was a NYC teacher and in her retirement, she prioritized volunteering with literacy programs in Queens and told stories about the human experiences she had in helping give people the skills to feel more equipped in a literate world. Amazing! Keep your eyes posted for sneak peeks! Imminently!
