My Story
Although my art degree is in ceramics and textile design, I love to switch genres and follow my obsessions. Varied painting styles, found object, ceramics, photography, gourd art, I go with the flow. I plan the process not the product. I have no desire to stick to a plan as far as my art goes. I can do it, I just don’t want to most of the time. I’ve been doing artwork since childhood and was fortunate enough to have a wonderful art education.
I’m proud of my left handedness and recessive genes!
Music is my muse, my inspiration. I know more about music and musicians than most people. The best of them know where all those lyrics come from because they have tapped into it.
I feel the potential in everyone. I adore the crazy, spontaneous, and unpredictable in life and people. I can also feel the energy of that. Sometimes it radiates like the sun, sometimes not. Live and learn.
