Valencia R Williams, Creator of Motor City Wives Detroit. Valencia has been filming this show since 2011. The cast has changed several times due to personality clashes. I see women like Shaunie O'Neal (Basketball Wives), Mona Scott (Love and Hip Hop) and many other women in this industry struggle to maintain their image, their self-respect and their confidence. It's hard. This hasn't been easy but I wouldn't change it for the world and I won't give up. Thanks to some of the ladies, some still with us and some that have moved on who saw this vision and supported me 100%. At one time I lost faith, wanted to give up, wanted to walk away and through faith and going against everything I believed in I fought through all the negative rumors, everyone who said it will NEVER happen and the naysayers and I still stand with a great cast and people who still believe in me. It's a process that's still taking some time and patience and I am so grateful I have the support I have which is what I need to finish this. Thank you New Lyfe Films and everyone who have been there since the birth of Motor City Wives.

This week MCW is featuring our hot and sassy Mrs. Kristina Smith. This fashion designer loves to make the insecure feel and look secure. Fighting to keep the Devil out of her business, Kristina try to stay focused and drama free but we all know Jesus wasn't successful at that... It's interesting to see how this married, no kids of her own business woman keeps her life in order by hiding behind her work. Though she always seem happy and none of us hardly ever see Kristina sweat, we know trying to be perfect in a imperfect world is realistically unheard of. I guess we have to see how this one plays itself out.

I am so happy to see my show is finally coming together after all the hardships and psychological setbacks! It seemed like so many so-called people were against me and my vision. You try to be upfront with those you feel has a business mind and is for you and they turn on you in the blink of an eye! Someone told me you have to go through this in order to get to the other side of the rainbow. This is going to be a colorful venture... I can feel it! Looking at the footage that made me laugh, cry and angry at times i realize not only have I matured. I have finally finished something I started!
