Here’s a new DJ mix from yours truly, my first recording using any kind of digital dj setup, in this case the DDJ-1000.

I start out in minimal territory, sharing some stripped and fractured funky grooves that I found particularly interesting, before taking a turn towards slippery cuts of prime time goodness, and landing firmly in the pounding techno zone.
It includes several very human errors (like hitting stop on a deck instead of the neighboring fx-send btn), and a copious abuse of some looping functions as I settled in (for those worried that the cleanliness of the toolset renders the art ‘error & risk free’ lol).
