I truly appreciate and love you all for your continued support. As I transition into this new space, I’ve implemented a few updated policies to ensure a smooth experience for everyone:
• Arrival: Space is limited. Please text me upon arrival and I will let you know when to come in.
• Appointments: All clients must book appointments in advance or at the time of service. I will assist with using the booking app if needed.
• Late Policy:
– 15 minutes late = $15 late fee (communication is appreciated)
– 20 minutes late = automatic cancellation (rescheduling required)
• Booking Accuracy: Please book according to the service needed. If your lashes require more than a weekly fill (e.g., 2-week fill or full set), book accordingly. Final pricing will always be confirmed before the service begins.
• Payments: Full payment is required for all services. Discounts will no longer be offered.
• Cancellations: A 24-hour notice is required. Same-day cancellations will incur a $50 non-refundable fee (via Zelle or Cash App: 214-404-4489). Unpaid fees will be added to your next service—no exceptions.
Please continue to communicate with me—I’m very understanding and always aim to accommodate. With that said, I am now operating in a professional suite, so these guidelines will be enforced.
