Well well well, looks like some youngsters are in the neighborhood!

This pair of young bald eagles were in the same spot I frequently see an adult bonded pair. Has me wondering how long they have been hanging around, and I didnt notice them.

Very thankful, as I have been searching for some new eagles to capture on my daily routes.

So no eagles this morning while I was waiting at the normal spot. But did end up catching one this afternoon getting a snack from the lake.

No pictures of it snagging the fish from the water, but still happy I got to see it eyeing out its meal and flying away with it. Pics are kinda blurry and have some spots due to my lens having some crud on it from driving on the gravel road and not getting cleaned before spotting this majestic beauty.
