I found the photos taken by my good friend Dori Shear years ago when I made my first website as a Piano Tuner. Was that hairstyle ever in fashion? 😆

I had a helper today replacing strings in an antique piano. I don’t think I’ll hire him again though. He fell asleep on the job 😴

I know multiple people who will be putting on this event. If you’ve never done 4th of July (on the 3rd) in East Aurora, they really do it up right. Go have fun! I’ll be there!

Claw foot piano stools are one of my favorite things. They don’t make furniture like this anymore.

"This piano can't be fixed."

"I don't think there's anything that can be done."

If I had a nickel for every time I've heard those words...

Things I CAN fix:• That annoying buzz• The weird squeak• "It just sounds too loud"• Notes that won't repeat quickly• One note that sounds different from all the others• Sticking keys• Pedal problems• And lots of other piano issues that are hard to describe

If something doesn't sound or feel right, give me a call. Chances are, I can fix it. 👍

When you play the piano this weekend, or when you do whatever you do for fun, remember it’s fun! Do it your way. Make mistakes. Laugh about it. Why not? And if you break your piano from playing it you hard, just give me a call and I’ll fix it 🙂
