We offer two types of on-site event support:

Wedding / Event Helper
Perfect for couples who mainly need help with practical tasks so friends and family can actually enjoy the day. This can include light setup or cleanup, resetting spaces, assisting vendors (without managing them), running simple errands, and general event support.

Day-Of Coordination
For weddings with more moving parts that need someone keeping the timeline on track, communicating with vendors, overseeing setup, and making sure everything runs smoothly.

Great fit for DIY weddings, micro weddings, or couples who are organized but don’t want to run their own wedding day.

Day-Of Coordination
