Join us for our annual Community Appreciation Day, Saturday, May 13th from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. Everything is FREE to the public: food, pony rides, petting zoo, face painting, bounce house, and more. We will also giveaway prizes every 15 minutes so stop by for a bit or sit and stay while. We hope to see you there.

Lake Norman Realty, Denver will be postponing this event until spring of 2017! Dates to be announced. The recent, major, reconstruction of our office has left the grass and layout of our grounds unprepared for an event. We will be ready for SPRING though! Also, stay tuned for our New Office's Open House Event and come take a look at our beautiful new facility that is almost all set to meet all your real estate needs around Lake Norman and beyond!
