Beginning at a very young age, Elizabeth Hott now has over 25 years experience singing and acting onstage. In recent years, Elizabeth has discovered her love of working in film as well as the stage. She's had a principal role in 2 short films and 1 TV commercial, and has appeared in 6 different primetime TV shows, 1 Netflix original film, and 2 major motion pictures. Music was her first love, and
Elizabeth earned her Bachelor of Music degree from Texas Tech University in 2016, where she studied under mezzo-soprano Quinn Patrick Ankrum. Miss Hott has performed various opera roles including: Gretel in Humperdinck's "Hansel and Gretel", Fiordiligi in Mozart's "Cosi fan tutte", Fanny in Rossini's "La cambiale di matrimonio", and Rita in Donizetti's "Rita". During her time in West Texas, Elizabeth performed in numerous shows with Lubbock Moonlight Musicals, including: "Sister Act", "White Christmas", "Singin' in the Rain", "Seven Brides for Seven Brothers", and "The Sound of Music". Elizabeth also studied at AIMS in Graz, Austria in 2010 where she was the youngest finalist that year and went on to win 1st place in the prestigious Meistersinger Competition. In Spring 2011, Elizabeth had the distinct honor of making both her solo Carnegie Hall debut in New York City AND her professional European opera debut in Austria. Other career highlights include 2nd place in the NATS Singer of the Year Competition in 2012 and 1st place in the North Texas NATS Artist Awards in 2014. In January 2025, she became the newest member of the Colorado Symphony Chorus. Elizabeth is enjoying beautiful Denver, Colorado and plans on singing & acting in creative projects as often as she can!
