We launched at the in 2020 and two years later, we have 5 employees, a storefront and two trucks. But we also have a dedicated farmer (who still works for free!), his wife who takes care of EVERYTHING and extended family who pinch hit when we need them. This is truly a family business. Thank you to all who support our farm, our family and a sustainable future.
That one time we flew first class to South Africa for your birthday…
Happy Birthday, ! ❤️❤️❤️
She’s always had a connection with animals so I have no doubt that she would make an incredible veterinarian. UF college and vet school tour complete. 🐊🐊🐊
My son goes to a small school where he plays ALL of the sports: football, basketball, soccer, lacrosse, tennis. They don’t win a lot (though they are having a winning football season!), but they always play with heart and they have FUN. I am grateful for a school and coaches who recognize what is important - to teach these kids not only athletic skills but also sportsmanship and what it means to be on a team. Thank you Coach Wideroff .jags
Congratulations to the entire team at and the man who makes it all happen . This place is special. 💥
I NEVER thought I would be this parent, but now that the sweetest child on earth is 17 - the full court press is on to encourage her to stay home and never leave me 😂🙏😩 ?

What a night! First of all - thank you to the Delray community for coming out and supporting not only but also the businesses on West Atlantic Avenue. Last night’s was amazing - from the bands to the performance from these ladies - the Pompey Park Senior Divas - and the live art installations including a huge mural being painted live! I’m so proud to be a part of this amazing team at the DDA who organize this event and are dedicated to ! Save the date for the next one on October 26th on the beach side of Atlantic Ave! ❤️🎷💃

It all comes from ME. If I’m feeling happy and peaceful OR worried and overwhelmed - that is coming from me and the decisions I am making about my time, my priorities, who and what I allow into my life, how I am taking care of myself and showing up in situations. It all comes back to me.
I can’t believe I have a high school senior (almost) and a hand model 😂 (swipe 👈) I love you, Lainey Bainey ❤️

What’s a lesson you had to unlearn and what’s the backstory?
Being “busy” and multi-tasking are not an efficient way to operate in business or in life. When you live in a state of chaos, you get very uncomfortable when there is downtime, but that downtime is what your brain and body need to operate at their highest level. I recognized early on how social media was going to help me build my brand and I went all in. What I now know is that social media is an effective tool and also a huge distraction. When you examine your relationship with technology and information, you might be surprised by what you find.

Are you happy? 🤗
She reminds me so much of myself - independent and stubborn, but knows what she wants and makes it happen. She is also kind and thoughtful and empties my dishwasher without asking. 🥰 She’s very picky about the pictures that I post and told me she reports the ones she doesn’t like 🙄 I’m hoping this one passes the test. Also - Zack, you’re not too bad either. Love you both.

The last time I was in Europe was with mom. On this anniversary of her death, I have returned with her. I spread some of her ashes over Santorini and thanked her for loving me and being my mom. Cheers to Cissy!
You’d never know from how put together she looks but forgot to zip up her backpack while getting off the plane - leaving a trail of sunglasses, a passport and hand wipes behind her… 😂 🇬🇷
So proud of what we’ve built in the last year and a half Boyd Farms Fresh 🙏
Get you a child who will share his fries with you… and one who will dress you for the evening. ❤️
Always coming back here.
To that place inside.
Because this is truly home.
Thank you to all of my teachers who have helped me develop not only my physical practice, but also the one that matters most. ✨
Dinner has arrived.
Our life is made up of moments. Little special moments. Some bring us incredible heartbreak, some bring us unbelievable joy and some are mundane and ordinary, but I am grateful for them all. And doing my best to stay in those moments and soak them up. Because everything will always change. ❤️
I bet you don’t get a text like this from your Dad at 6:33am… 😂
Everything is spiritual.
It took my mother’s death and a life-changing experience in Costa Rica to really understand what that means, but when you know it and you see it - you can’t go back. ❤️
This is the place. Just watch and listen. There’s not much else to say.
It was a yoga retreat. But it was so much more than the physical practice of yoga. When I started with yoga 10 years ago (there are many different styles, studios and teachers so try them until you find the one that clicks), it was purely a physical practice for me, but if you stick with yoga - eventually it will change more than your physical body. When you tap into the spiritual practice - your whole world changes. I had already been in tune with the spiritual practice. But this retreat in Costa Rica last week opened my mind to a new way of living, being, working, loving. The seed has been planted. Now, it’s up to me to water it so that it can grow. Want to change the world? Change yourself and the rest will follow. ❤️
