We launched at the in 2020 and two years later, we have 5 employees, a storefront and two trucks. But we also have a dedicated farmer (who still works for free!), his wife who takes care of EVERYTHING and extended family who pinch hit when we need them. This is truly a family business. Thank you to all who support our farm, our family and a sustainable future.

My son goes to a small school where he plays ALL of the sports: football, basketball, soccer, lacrosse, tennis. They don’t win a lot (though they are having a winning football season!), but they always play with heart and they have FUN. I am grateful for a school and coaches who recognize what is important - to teach these kids not only athletic skills but also sportsmanship and what it means to be on a team. Thank you Coach Wideroff .jags

What a night! First of all - thank you to the Delray community for coming out and supporting not only but also the businesses on West Atlantic Avenue. Last night’s was amazing - from the bands to the performance from these ladies - the Pompey Park Senior Divas - and the live art installations including a huge mural being painted live! I’m so proud to be a part of this amazing team at the DDA who organize this event and are dedicated to ! Save the date for the next one on October 26th on the beach side of Atlantic Ave! ❤️🎷💃

What’s a lesson you had to unlearn and what’s the backstory?

Being “busy” and multi-tasking are not an efficient way to operate in business or in life. When you live in a state of chaos, you get very uncomfortable when there is downtime, but that downtime is what your brain and body need to operate at their highest level. I recognized early on how social media was going to help me build my brand and I went all in. What I now know is that social media is an effective tool and also a huge distraction. When you examine your relationship with technology and information, you might be surprised by what you find.

She reminds me so much of myself - independent and stubborn, but knows what she wants and makes it happen. She is also kind and thoughtful and empties my dishwasher without asking. 🥰 She’s very picky about the pictures that I post and told me she reports the ones she doesn’t like 🙄 I’m hoping this one passes the test. Also - Zack, you’re not too bad either. Love you both.

The last time I was in Europe was with mom. On this anniversary of her death, I have returned with her. I spread some of her ashes over Santorini and thanked her for loving me and being my mom. Cheers to Cissy!

It was a yoga retreat. But it was so much more than the physical practice of yoga. When I started with yoga 10 years ago (there are many different styles, studios and teachers so try them until you find the one that clicks), it was purely a physical practice for me, but if you stick with yoga - eventually it will change more than your physical body. When you tap into the spiritual practice - your whole world changes. I had already been in tune with the spiritual practice. But this retreat in Costa Rica last week opened my mind to a new way of living, being, working, loving. The seed has been planted. Now, it’s up to me to water it so that it can grow. Want to change the world? Change yourself and the rest will follow. ❤️
