This is a great project to highlight, illustrating safety and versatility of rubber mulch in a mixed use space. Our customer started with a playset and later added rubber mulch. Why? For safety because without rubber mulch as a ground cover there is a much higher injury risk when using monkey bars. They also built a workout area adjacent to the play area, which is a design trend growing in popularity, and leveraged the rubber mulch as ground cover for that space too as it is great for outdoor workouts. We love this raised garden our customer built. Not only is it well planned and beautifully constructed but it uses rubber mulch as its ground cover which is hands down the best ground cover for raised gardens. Think no mud, great drainage, soft on the feet, and not hospitable for pests. Our customer says it is their dream garden.
