Looking to change the name since I am no longer in Central Florida..... but will still be Paranormal Encounters ... lol, we'll figure that out soon!

So funny, I always seem to catch evps that I didn’t catch when putting a video together for my YouTube. In this one, right before the evp which is saying “go on out” a deep voice says “Listen”. lol why the heck didn’t I catch that before? I mean he was actually directing me to listen to what was the next evp. And nobody there had that deep of a voice. And at that time is was only me (Carla) and a guest.

I have been moving and remodeling since Jan 1. Moved from Florida near the Chicago area, about an hour away. But I have been eyeing several cool looking old graveyards. Today I think I will have time to finally stop to visit. I always have great results from graveyards. (I guess being a medium helps in this case because I don’t need much equipment except for a recording device). Just can’t wait to get my to do list done so I can focus back to the things I love. Readings and paranormal investigations.

Sooo, I have found 3 graveyards near me that look interesting , maybe only 100 graves each. I catch really good evps in graveyards, and until I get things going up here with some new investigators , it will be fun to have some place to go for now. (DeKalb, Il).

So, I am not sure if because I am a medium, and as a child I obviously didn’t know what was going on , but I remember as a child at least from the age of 9, our homes were haunted. I also noticed that a lot of times, that a ghost will usually let you know they are there in the first few days, sometimes the same day. I have just moved from Florida to my new home in Illinois, near Chicago, about 45 minutes away. This is my 3rd night here in my home, 1st night I heard something loud bang, I just thought new place, new noises. Last night, I heard my name called. The funny thing it sounded like it was , not like human, but maybe the way a machine would say your name. Now I have had my name said many times in investigations (as heard on my YouTube and TikTok investigations). But this was a little different. I thought well maybe I dreamt it, but I don’t think so, because I sat up in bed and listened. My home I bought, the lady did pass, (last year) not sure yet if she passed here or hospital. But of course ghost can be from anywhere, down the street, follow you home etc. I have not even tried to connect, or anything yet, but it will be interesting if things start up or if they go away. I want to for now, let it take its course to see. I’ll update if anything else occurs. But I feel no ill intent.

I have had some very nice responses from other teams and individuals on my “new to the Chicago “ area. I am west of Chicago about 40 miles, but I hope when all this crazy weather gets warmer, I hope to see and visit all these new places to me!!

My Dec 9, investigation, I am thinking of doing like a paranormal lockdown. Maybe me and one other. This is a Friday till Sunday. I have been to this jail 11 times at least. Always great paranormal activity. One of my all time favorite places to go. Jasper Fl

Hey production of ghost shows, big foot shows......first they all seem to have the same crew that must have gone to school together, because I could officially be one of you because your productions are all the same and I think I could do it.....but my biggest gripe, quit with the scary background sounds, we are trying to listen for ghosts and bigfoot too. You are now interfering with our at home couch investigation.
