We fully understand life happens, however if you need to cancel your appointment within 24 hours you will forfeit your deposit & will be required to pay another deposit to reschedule Our artists & stylists are always happy to reschedule your appointment for you. You can call 931-280-3000, message our page or your artist directly.
If you NO CALL NO SHOW for your appointment you cannot reschedule without paying for your next service in full prior to scheduling.
Deposits are required for hair color services & Tattoo appointments. 💗
