What if the thing holding you back isn’t a lack of ability… but fear?

I’ve been doing a lot of reflecting lately, and I’m realizing just how many parts of my personality I once accepted as “this is just who I am” were actually shaped by fear.

People-pleasing.
Self-doubt.
Isolation.
Choosing safety over possibility.
Making myself smaller without even realizing I was doing it.

And the deeper I’ve gone into that reflection, the more I’ve started asking myself a different question:

What would happen if I stopped being afraid of my own potential?

A few nights ago, I had a dream about a tiger standing at the edge of my driveway, staring directly at me.

But the strange part?

I wasn’t afraid.

I was captivated.

And somehow, that dream became a mirror for everything I’ve been realizing about myself—fear, power, intuition, courage, purpose, and the parts of myself I’ve spent years suppressing.

Maybe power isn’t something to fear.

Maybe power without wisdom is the problem.

Maybe the goal isn’t to become less powerful… but to become conscious enough to use that power with integrity, love, and intention.

I wrote about it.

“Be Not Afraid of Your Own Power” 🐅✨

If you’ve ever felt like you were meant for more but somehow kept finding yourself shrinking, retreating, or talking yourself out of it…

This one might speak to you.

**What if your journal is more than a place to write? What if it's a record of who you're becoming? ✍🏾✨**

I recently retired one of my journals.

And as I closed that final chapter, I realized just how much had changed between the first page and the last.

The person who started that journal isn't the same person who finished it.

Her thoughts changed.
Her boundaries changed.
Her discernment changed.
Her relationship with herself changed.

And somewhere between all those pages, she was becoming.

In my newest post, **“Writing My Way Into Alignment,”** I reflect on journaling, personal growth, spiritual alignment, divine timing, and what it means to consciously close one chapter while creating the next.

Sometimes we don't realize we're evolving until we have the opportunity to look back at the words we left behind.

Maybe the blank page isn't asking you to have the whole story figured out.

Maybe it's simply asking you to begin.

I used to think setbacks were things that happened to me.
Now I understand they're often things that happen for me.
My recent car accident forced me to stop and reevaluate everything: my finances, my goals, my relationships, my faith, and the future I want to create.

What started as one of the most frustrating experiences of my life became a catalyst for change.

I poured those lessons into my latest blog post, and honestly, it's one of the most personal things I've written in a long time.

If you're navigating a difficult season or searching for your next chapter, I hope it resonates with you.

Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about what it means to exist in a world that doesn’t always feel gentle.

As I drew this tree, I saw more than branches and roots—I saw a woman. A presence. A quiet kind of suffering that doesn’t always have words.

So I gave her some.

The Weeping Willow is a poem about exhaustion, softness, and the search for peace.

If you’ve ever felt like there’s no place for you to just be—this is for you.

🌳 New Blog Post: What the Trees Taught Me

It's been a few weeks since I've written, and for a while I felt guilty about that.

But through reflection, nature, and a lot of personal growth, I came to a realization: not every season is meant for producing. Some seasons are meant for healing. Some are meant for shedding. Some are meant for becoming.

In this post, I share how a lesson from the trees changed the way I view growth, self-compassion, spirituality, and the transition I've been experiencing in my own life.

Sometimes the strongest thing we can do isn't hold on—it's let go.

If you've ever found yourself in a season of change, this one's for you. ❤️

Ever feel like you’re thinking *too much* for this world—but somehow still not being understood?

Like your mind moves in spirals instead of straight lines…
Like you see patterns, meanings, depth—but struggle to *translate* that into a life that actually feels aligned?

This is for you.

For the “nerds.”
For the deep-thinkers.
For the neurodivergent minds.
For the ones who know they’re *gifted* but still feel… out of place.

Because awareness? It’s only the beginning.
And if you’ve been stuck there—*seeing everything but still feeling stuck*—you’re not alone.

I wrote this for the ones navigating that next step:
the patterns, the discomfort, the responsibility… the actual shift.

If you’ve ever felt like you’re meant for something deeper but don’t quite know how to *get there* yet—this might resonate.

If it speaks to you, I’d genuinely love to hear your thoughts.

Awareness is one of the most powerful tools you can develop to better understand how to navigate your life—your life, specifically. When used intentionally, awareness allows you to identify both your strengths and your weaknesses. From there, you can lean into your strengths to grow naturally, whi...

I wrote this during a moment where everything finally *clicked* for me.

You know when you realize that the patterns you’ve been stuck in… you’ve actually been participating in them?

Yeah. That kind of realization.

“Shattered” is about that breaking point—and what comes after when you decide to rebuild differently.

If you’ve ever had to check yourself, grow, and move with more intention… I think you’ll resonate with this.

Here’s the poem:

I was in a car accident a couple of weeks ago. By the grace of God and fate, I’m okay. But this accident has been shattering—not just because of the inconvenience it caused, but because of what it revealed.
