Throwback Thursday, to May 2015, at American Legion Post 776 here in Dayton Oh. Looks like a day party with the Springfield Line Dance Group. I see Mr. Paul (R.I.H.) leading the line dance to Leon Huff's song - I Ain't Jivin', I'm Jammin'. That is one line dance that I have never been able to start on my own. Still - need someone to get it started - then I can join in. See less

Looking Back to Aug 2025 at Cincinnati Elegant Steppers, "Night of Elegance" in Cincinnati Oh. Daryl, Michael, Carrie, April and D-Real put-on a "proper" Steppin Set that I really enjoyed. DJ D-Real a*o intro'd me to "now" one of my good-feelin songs - Big Subwoofer.

Hey You'all. Once again, it's the 2nd weekend at American Legion Post 776, here in Dayton Oh. We are happy to welcome Ron & Dave's Kitchen to our post. I had their Smashburger yesterday that was Yum!! Also besides, our Thursday Night Karaoke (Johnnie Day) and our Weekend Dance-Party DJ (Me) - We have a great, Friday, Weekend-Kickoff Set with DJ Sholis that I'm sure you'll enjoy. In late May 2026 I checked-off many items off of my "Bucket List". One Item was - I attended a concert at the Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre near Denver CO. I had a chance to hear/see Carlos Santana and enjoyed an Outstanding Concert. Whew! He played for over 2hrs. It was a mesmerizing experience. Here is a shortened version of the show containing many of the songs that I related to. .

It's the 2nd Weekend at American Legion Post 776, a Veteran's Community-Service Organization here in Dayton, Oh. There's karaoke & lady's night on Thursday. An excellent, happy hour DJ on Friday. And yours-truly, a video DJ, on Fri & Sat nights. Come party with a purpose at Post 776 who has physically, and financially served this community for decades.
