Irish Dancers of UC Davis UC Davis's first official Irish dance group! Have you ever wanted to learn how to dance a reel or jig? Or maybe dance like they do in Riverdance? Fantastic!

Well, no need to wait for St. Patrick's Day--come join the Irish Dancers of UC Davis now! We'll teach you both modern and traditional group dances (called "ceili," pronounced "kay-lee"), and even some step dance! Irish dance is a fun form of social dance where you can meet new people, make new friends, dance to lively music, learn exciting choreographies, and even get a great workout in the proces

s. We are a performance-oriented group, but you're more than welcome to participate in the weekly lessons just for fun--no partner or prior dance experience is necessary. Already have Irish dance experience? Come dance, choreograph, help us teach, and spread the love of Irish dance!
