Jhankaar is UC Davis' premiere South-Asian a cappella team that aims to combine South Asian and Western styles of music. We aspire to blend these versatile genres to convey that this kind of fusion has the ability to unite people through a common thread—the passion for music.

Tickets are sold at the door for $8 students and $10 non-students, and cash and Venmo are both accepted. All our profits go to the UC Davis Aggie House!

Jhankaar is a student-run South-Asian A ca****la team at UC Davis that aims to combine elements of South Asian music such as Bollywood or Pakistani and Western Music together. We aspire to blend these powerful and versatile musical styles and convey that this kind of fusion has the ability to unite people from different backgrounds through a common thread- a passion for music. We are a competitive A Capella team that travels throughout California and the United States to compete in the All-American Awaaz (A3) south asian aca****la circuit.
