Looking forward to performing the beautiful Requiem composed by Heather Sorenson this evening.

Traditionally, Community Church observes Good Friday with a solemn service of music, often centered on a Requiem drawn from the texts of the Mass for the departed. This year, in addition to Heather Sorenson’s Requiem for orchestra, choir, and soloists, the service includes instrumental offerings that invite quiet meditation and reflection as Holy Week draws to a close. We invite you to join us on this sacred night as we wait in prayerful stillness for the light of Easter morning.
