Some visitors from yesterdays open farm. We love when you share your photos with us!
Shout out and Thank You! to all the visitors who came to the farm today. Even though the weather was wet and dreary you all brought sunshine with your smiles. The ducks enjoyed the weather and we hope everyone enjoyed their time here. Now that the sun came back out enjoy the rest of your weekend.

The little and I were able to enjoy a visit to a nearby local ranch! Alpacas, goats, chickens and ducks(: There was also an adorable little gift shop!
Leroy, the spokesman of the group wanted to thank everyone who stopped in to visit and hope you all had a good time. We have some tuckered out critters! Have a safe and wonderful holiday!

The goats went on an adventure today. They were part of family fun night at Webster elementary school. So fun to see the kids excitement interacting with the animals. Although Snickers did not share the same excitement and asked to go home.😂
Alpaca summer has begun! They were so excited we could finally bring hoses out. Leroy is the sprinkler hog.
Shearing is coming up and to see them full fleece we will have a free open farm day on;

11:00 until 2:00
Next open farm day will be after shearing on May 28th.
Maybe we will get a planting season yet. We have plenty to share!
Alpacas are more then adorable to a gardener. There are two other reasons an avid gardener should make quick friends with someone who raises alpacas.
To celebrate Earth day (a day late) we will have our first open farm day on Saturday, April 23.
11:00 until 2:00
It's a free day!! Lets hope for nice weather!
It's been a tough decision but starting April 1st this year we will now be charging for scheduled farm visits. Cost will be $5 per person 3 years and older. With the charge you will receive dollar for dollar vouchers to use in the store if you choose.
Open farm days and events will still be free.
Thank you for understanding and those who continue to support our little farm.
Yin and Yang of tree trimming.
Happy St. Patrick's day!
We are temporarily closed for farm visits due to the conditions at the farm. With the nice weather it's a wet, icy, muddy mess right now. Hopefully not for long and we can see you soon!

Cocoa Puff. So proud of himself. He found that one perfect hay piece in the middle of the hay rack.

The yarn from the boys fiber is here! I have been busy washing, there are 51 skeins. Yikes. They are all bulky weight, 80% alpaca 20% merino wool, 3 ply, 200 yards, except for 4 skeins of Leroy's baby fiber (white). and they are 3 ply worsted weight, 200 yards.
All natural colors. Left to right; Andromeda, Chewpacca, Cocoa Puff, Leroy, Cornelius.
Bottom is Leroy's baby fiber and greyish color is Leroy and Cornelius blended.
Message me with questions or if you'd like to stop in and feel them in person.🥰
Look who's coming to the farm soon!! 2 Nigerian Dwarf cuties. Lots of work to get ready as we weren't planning this soon but who could pass these guys up?
So exciting! The Yarn Factory mill just sent some pics of the yarn they are creating for us made with the boys fiber. Never thought I'd see how white Leroy really is.
Waiting for the pasture to be plowed. Group consensus is it's not being done fast enough and they want answers.
