Another Walmart Associates Celebration in the books!

We’re proud to have returned once again to support LEO Events and the Walmart Events team on this massive production - an event that challenges our team every year and is always incredibly rewarding to see come together.

From months of preparation to show week and the final cue, a production at this scale takes an enormous amount of coordination, creativity, and technical expertise. We’re excited to share a glimpse of this year’s show and the work that went into bringing it to life.

Most of all, we’re grateful for the talented teams and longtime partners we get to work alongside. A huge thank you to everyone who helped make this year’s event happen.

See you next year, Bentonville.

Too many of our gigs we can't talk about... aaaand this is one of them. This was a monumental event for Thrasos and our client, LEO Events. Here's some BTS looks of one part of the show!

The Game Developers Conference (March 9–13, San Francisco) brought together 20,000+ industry professionals for a week of networking, demos, and forward-looking conversations shaping the future of gaming - and Thrasos was proud to be part of it.

From AI-powered workflows to cross-platform ecosystems, GDC 2026 made one thing clear: the future of gaming will be shaped as much by tools and infrastructure as by creativity itself.

From meetings and the Orchestra Concert to celebrating developers at the awards, it was a truly collaborative effort to bring every piece together - and to recognize the people behind the work.

We’re always excited to partner with ETS. Big thanks to Steph Couch and Kevin Gorman.

We were honored to be a part of three events that won Experience Design Awards for 2025! We worked with Public School on Canva Create, which won gold in the Best B2B Environment category, and we worked with Touch Worldwide on Starbucks, which won bronze in the same category. Finally, we worked with Jack Morton on Google Cloud Next, which won silver in the Best General Session Stage category. Congrats to all the winners, and huge thanks to everyone we worked with on these events!

If you produce live events, you already know this: anything that can go sideways eventually will go sideways. A last-minute client change. A missing asset. A comms channel that suddenly goes silent. A truck that’s late. A show position who gets replaced at the 11th hour.

You can’t eliminate chaos from live events, but you can decide whether you meet that chaos with vibes… or with process.

For live event production, process isn’t a corporate buzzword – it’s a survival tool. Tap the link in our bio for an in-depth look into why process is invaluable for live events.

Thrasos was honored to return for this year’s Gift of Christmas at Prestonwood Baptist Church, providing projection tracking, video playback, video engineering, and (new for us this year) laser scanning for this incredible, technically ambitious pageant attended by more than 70,000 people annually.

This year’s production introduced several new elements, including projection onto scrims to create a 3D effect and an expanded projection system using seven projectors. We also implemented a new 3D laser scanning workflow for projector calibration. In previous years, calibration relied on a laser disto that gathered reference points around the room. This year, a Leica laser scanner captured nearly 500 million points, allowing us to build a far more accurate 3D model — critical to achieving precise projection alignment.

The results spoke for themselves. We received a great deal of feedback on how much improved the moving projection panels looked this year, and one audience member even asked whether the displays were LED —something we almost never hear when working with projection.

Huge thanks to Prestonwood Baptist Church, Pixera, Stage Precision, UVLD, ZFX Flying Effects, Pyrotechnico, Gemini Stage Lighting & Sound, Fuse, and Communilux Productions. Another great year in the books.
