Adam Nick has worked at several theatres throughout the metroplex in both community and professional levels. After receiving his Bachelor of Arts - Theatre Arts - Stage Management from the University of Texas at Arlington, he joined the staff of Uptown Players, and has stage managed shows for them in three different playing spaces: Kalita Humphries Theater, Franks Place, & Station 4's Rose Room. T
hrough his work at Uptown, he is an Equity Member Candadite with the Actors Equity Association. He is also a two time nominee for The Column Award for "Best Stage Manager"
Adam Nick is also on the board of directors for The Column Awards, a DFW local 501(c)3 non-profit charity that organizes an annual awards gala to raise funds for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights Aids. He holds the position of Vice President of Administration for this board. He is working on his fourth gala, and third year as a board member. His talents began in school with the theatre department. After high school and a quick stint in Florida, Terry moved back to Texas and made Dallas his home. Since then he has worked with several local theatres including Water Tower Theatre, Contemporary Theatre of Dallas, Dallas Theater Center, and Uptown Players. In addition to his work in theatres, he has also worked for several theatre supply companies and gained the knowledge of acquisition and repair of theatrical equipment. Terry is a frequent audio technician for The Turtle Creek Chorale.His knowledge of carpentry is expansive, his ear and skill of audio programming is extensive and has recently developed and refined his rigging skills.
