Today is about remembering and honoring those who served and sacrificed for this country.

My father was part of the Air Force Reserves. My grandfather and uncle served in the military during wartime.

These are two abstract American flags I created over the past year.

The gold line running through the middle of the 2nd piece reminds us that at our core, America is still a great country, built on resilience, character, and the spirit of its people… and even through difficult times, our country will endure.

I’m honored to share that 20% of artwork proceeds from this event will benefit Made A Masterpiece, an organization whose board I’m proud to have recently joined. Their mission is to inspire children living with skin conditions to face the world with confidence.

Music & vibes by Houston legend DJ Jason Hilbert, plus wine, light bites, and some of the best coffee in the city!

I’m beyond thrilled to own a second piece of Blakely Bering's beautiful artwork!

From the moment I saw this piece, I was drawn in by the color, energy, and emotion within it.

Knowing the artist personally makes it even more meaningful, but bringing one of her larger works into my home is something I truly cannot put into words.

This piece instantly changes the feeling of the room, and I’m incredibly excited to own it as part of my collection!

I create not just for me... I create for friends, family, collectors, and people I haven’t even met yet.

To me, it’s seeing the joy, excitement, sadness, happiness, and that sparkle in someone’s eye when they experience my art....

Sometimes, it’s simply the energy, aura and feelings of the people around me that fuels me to do what I do.

Creating & Connecting... to me, that’s where real peace, hope, happiness and inner serenity truly live!

HEAVEN & HELL

A collision of fire and calm.

Fiery reds and molten gold surge against cool, tranquil blues — capturing the tension between chaos and peace, passion and restraint. The sweeping movement and layered texture reflect the constant pull between opposing forces that shape us, challenge us, and ultimately define us.

Light and darkness. Heat and stillness.
Both can exist in the same space — just like we do.

This piece found its home with a private collector.
