To say that we have been blessed with our endeavor of opening up the Back Mountain Makery, offering events, workshops, kids events, birthday parties, private events and of course our incredibly popular "open paint" with our ceramics every Friday and Saturday is a huge understatement!

We recently purchased about 10,000 ceramics from another ceramic artist and love to give back to the community we love and has always welcomed us with open arms!!

With all that being said we have a giant storage unit busting out of it's seams and have so much to move!!

Today is the Summer Solstice also known as Litha. It is the longest day of the year, it won't get dark until very late into the night, there will be at least 16/17 hours of daylight.🌞

Litha means a stopping or standing still of the sun ☀️

In Latin Solstice means 'Sun Still' it is one of the 8 Pagan solar holidays throughout the year called a Sabbat. This may be the longest day of the year but after today the days will start to get shorter and nights longer. 😢

This is the height of summer! It is one of the most celebratory days of the year, enjoy it, appreciate the beauty of the Summer and nature, dance and be merry.

Have a Blessed Summer Solstice. May the God and Goddess watch over you.
