મૉટે ભાગે માણસ કાં ભૂતકાળ માં જીવે છે કાં ભવિષ્ય માં... .
ભૂતકાળ માં સુખ અને દુઃખની અસંખ્ય ઘટનાઓ જીવન સાથે વણાયેલી હોય છે
એટલે એમાંથી કઈ ઘટનાઓ તમે યાદ કરો છો તેના પર તમારા સુખ કે દુઃખ નો આધાર છે
તો કેમ માત્ર સુખનેજ યાદ ના કરીએ ?
એજ રીતે ભવિષ્યના સુખ -દુઃખ નો આધાર વર્તમાન માં કરેલા કર્યો પર નિર્ભર છે
તો શા માટે આજે જે કર્યો કરી રહ્યાછીએ તે ભવિષ્ય માં સુખ -આનંદ આપે એવા જ કાર્યો ના કરીયે ?
અને વર્તમાન માં જે કાર્યો તમને સુખ -આનંદ આપતાં હશે એજ ભવિષ્ય માં સુખ -આનંદ આપશે
તો આજથીજ સંકલ્પ કરજો કે મને જે કાર્ય કરવાથી આનંદ મળશે એજ કાર્ય હું કરીશ, મતલબ આજનો દિવસ તમારો આનંદ માં પસાર થયો તો સમજીલો કાલ પણ આનંદ માં જ પસાર થશે આમ આખું જીવન આનંદ માં પસાર કરી શકશો.... અખંડ આનંદ
