🚨 We want to address something that has recently come to our attention regarding promotional materials for an upcoming event at Legacy Hall in Frisco. 🚨
Several of the photos and videos currently being used to advertise the event feature performers, costumes, and footage from Royally Yours Princess Parties. You’ll be able to see a screen recording below. These images were taken at past events where our performers were hired and represent the work, talent, and intellectual property of our company.
However, we were surprised to learn that Royally Yours Princess Parties is not the company booked for this event, and we were not contacted for permission to use our media in the promotion.
We take great pride in the quality, professionalism, and authenticity of the experiences we create. Our performers train extensively and our costumes and branding are carefully developed, which is why it’s important that our imagery not be used to represent another company.
We have reached out privately to request that our photos and videos be removed from the promotional materials. We also shared that we would happily partner with Legacy Hall again in the future, as we have in the past, but unfortunately we have not yet received a response. Our manager event visited today before seeing this recording to try to encourage them to have Royally Yours back at this event, seeing as the idea for this experience was originally an in house idea and partnership due to our love for the space and venue at Legacy Hall.
Our hope is that in the future, decisions about partnerships will prioritize the same level of quality and professionalism that is so often highlighted in the images and videos being used to promote these events, rather than simply what helps sell tickets the quickest.
We truly value the many venues and partners who collaborate with us respectfully and professionally, and we remain committed to continuing to bring magical, high-quality character experiences to families across DFW. 💙✨
