This might seem like a crude statement, but it couldn’t be more true!

If we get used to ‘rewarding’ successes (or consoleing failures) with FOOD or other external substances, we are cultivating a negative and dependant relationship with it.

Becoming more aware of who we are and how our bodies deal with stress and difficult emotions is key to improving our relationship with food, and this includes seeing it as more than just the fuel we give ourselves to survive.

My webinar Learn How To Prevent Stress Eating (What you need to know to finally

gain control of emotional eating!) will take place on Thursday, December 5th at 8:00 pm CST and will help you come to terms with all of these difficulties we associate with overeating.

If you see your body as somewhere for you to dump unwanted experiences, food, and emotion… I’m sorry to say that this will eventually catch up on you! If we think of our body in terms of the food it digests - it can only function as well as we eat!

Similarly, our minds can only function as well as the fuel we give it, and this mental fuel comes in the form of experience, environment, AND food.

The key to unlocking the elusive mind/body balance and curbing stress-eating tendencies for GOOD to to create stronger sense of self-awareness and understand your triggers.

My webinar Learn How To Prevent Stress Eating (What you need to know to finally

gain control of emotional eating!) on Thursday, December 5th at 8:00 pm CST will help you do this and more!

This means listening to hunger cues by eating and listening to emotional stressors by TALKING, writing, singing, painting - whatever way you have to let it out.

Not masking it. So many of us mask our painful emotions with food… and then end up feeling worse.

If you know the feeling I’m talking about, then I’m sure you’ll enjoy my webinar Learn How To Prevent Stress Eating - What you need to know to finally

gain control of emotional eating! on Thursday, December 5th at 8:00 pm CST!
