Instead, this group of attorneys traded paperwork for plants and spent the afternoon creating something with their hands. 🌿
It was amazing to watch the conversations shift from work to laughter as everyone designed a terrarium that reflected their own style. No pressure. No right or wrong answers. Just a chance to unplug, get creative, and enjoy being together outside the office.

Sometimes the best team-building activity isn't about solving another problem, it's about giving your team permission to slow down, connect, and leave with something they'll actually enjoy long after the event is over.

This team traded numbers for nature, deadlines for tiny plants, and work mode for creative mode.

Watching everyone laugh, compare designs, and get surprisingly competitive over moss placement was proof that sometimes the best team-building doesn't happen around a conference table.
Every terrarium ended up completely different ~ just like the people who made them.
