There's a particular quality to the light at the end of a day. Warm and golden and just a little bittersweet because if you are like me, you want the moment to last much longer than it ever does.

But in this Sunkissed drawing, the woman in frame, my real-life friend Rochelle, is standing there watching it happen, and I think we've all been her in some version of that moment.

I spent a long time getting the colors right on this one. Some evenings are worth the effort.

Also, maybe you will find yourself in one of my future drawings? You never know!

✨Meet the daisy. ✨

The flower itself already feels cheerful, so adding stripes to this version made the whole piece feel even more playful and modern.

I created this piece in both a classic and striped version, and this one brings in a little more personality while still keeping the flower front and center. I could especially see this one brightening up a gallery wall, workspace, or colorful shelf styling moment.

Would you go classic (white backgound) or striped?

Every day in Mallorca I passed little homes like this but the blue car in the drive and trees spilling over the garden wall made me stop and take it a bit more.

Somehow on this busy walk path to a scene overlook this house seemed so peaceful... so majestic. Of course, the license plate did not say Espana but I thought it would be a perfect reminder of where this bit of magic lives.

This was one of the first drawings and I hope you can see why.

I know most greeting cards get picked up quickly while running errands, but I wanted mine to feel a little different.

More personal. More thoughtful. More like something someone would actually want to keep out after the moment passes.

This one is based on my original colored pencil artwork from Mallorca and works beautifully for birthdays, thank-you notes, or as part of a thoughtful gift.

Would this end up on your fridge, desk, or bookshelf?
