ADEPT

We help individuals with disabilities grow and have fun by providing specialized dance classes and events.

We partner with schools, organizations, and clinics as well as providing dance classes to individual dancers.

I am so excited and proud that we have reached a business milestone! One of our classes is completely filled and we've opened a waitlist!

Our Pebbles/Agates level (ages 2-9) in Argyle is now full, but we do still have spots available in our 7-15 and 12-Adult classes in Argyle!

Our Plano location is also filling up this fall, and I'm so thankful that our community of special needs families continues to prioritize dance classes and dance friends for their kiddos!

This year we are leaning hard into teens and adults as well, as I hear over and over from families and the community that disabled kids don't stop needing services, activities, and chances to socialize when they become disabled adults. In addition to partnering with several organizations that serve young adults (Check their links below), all our locations now have classes for dancers over 18!
I'm so excited to keep seeing ADEPT grow and can't wait to keep adding more dancers to our dance family!

✨ At ADEPT, every dancer belongs. ✨

We believe dance is for every body and every mind.

There is no "right way" to experience movement. Whether a dancer communicates differently, needs extra processing time, stims, uses mobility equipment, takes breaks, observes before joining, or expresses big emotions—they are welcome here, exactly as they are.

Our studio is built on acceptance, understanding, and respect. We celebrate individuality and create a space where dancers can feel safe, supported, and empowered to shine in their own unique way.

Inclusion isn't something we do—it's who we are.

Because when every dancer is given the freedom to learn in the way that works best for them, confidence grows, friendships flourish, and joy takes center stage. 💜

Welcome to ADEPT, where differences are celebrated, abilities are embraced, and everyone has a place on the dance floor.
