“Smile”

Smile Babygirl
Why you so down ?
Don’t you know you a beautiful kinda brown
Hold your head high , Don’t let em see you frown
Smile Babygirl
You got so much going for you
It’s people who love you, just for you
No adjustments or rearranging
Stay You , No matter what society is changing
Everything is a divine process
Change your perspective of understanding
Smile Babygirl
There’s so many joys of the world
Nothing based of one experience
Life is chess not checkers
So Smile Babygirl
I told you , You a different kinda brown
Hold your head high & adjust your crown
Smile Babygirl,
The universe will work it out in divine time.

“No weapon formed against you shall prosper, And every tongue which rises against you in judgment You shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, And their righteousness is from Me,” Says the Lord.”

🖤✨ Honoring Black History. Honoring Black Healing. ✨🖤

This Black History Month, we celebrate the strength, resilience, brilliance, and humanity of our people — past, present, and future. We also honor the truth that mental health is part of our history, our healing, and our liberation.

From self-care to speaking our truth, from asking for help to knowing we are enough — caring for our minds is an act of resistance, love, and legacy.

At A Mindful Resource, Inc., we remain committed to creating spaces where our communities can heal, grow, and thrive — together.

🧠 Prioritize your mental health
🤍 Seek support
🌱 Embrace healing & hope

Black history is living. Black wellness matters.
