Challenge this week:
Stop trying to name what you feel. For five minutes, just get it onto paper color, lines, mess. No words. No right answer.
That's one of the tools I gathered on my own journey when talking never worked. It's not a fix it's a practice you can come back to for life, and it gives you something real to bring into therapy.

You'll be surprised what shows up when you stop forcing words.
Try it and tell me what came out. πŸ‘‡ Follow the page β€” anabstractmind.com.

Some feelings don't have words.
But they always have a shape.
Anxiety. Fear. Happy. Lost. Lonely.
Swipe through all 5 and tell me in the comments β€” which one are you carrying right now?
The Abstract Tray Methodβ„’ was built for exactly this. Not to talk about your emotions. To give them somewhere to live.
DM me TRAY and I'll send you info on the next session. 🎨

Your nervous system has been running an open tab since childhood.
Every emotion that didn't finish its cycle?
Still in there. Collecting interest. That's not a metaphor.
That's behavioral science.

The scrolling. The overworking. The people pleasing.
You're not weak.
You're making payments on a debt you didn't know you had.
The only way out is through the subconscious. And that takes time.
And a witness.
πŸ”΄ Going LIVE to show you exactly how the Abstract Tray Method does this.

I want to share something with you before I go live.
A behavioral expert named Chase Hughes β€” someone trained in military interrogation and human behavior β€” recently explained something that stopped me cold.

He said your personality isn't really your personality.
It's a collection of unpaid emotional invoices.
Every experience you had that didn't get to finish β€” every time you swallowed something that hurt, pushed something down to keep going, smiled through something that broke you β€” that emotion didn't disappear.
It went into storage. In your subconscious. And it started collecting interest.
That's why you overreact to small things. That's why you can't sit still. That's why the scrolling, the busyness, the helping everyone else, it never feels like enough.

You're not broken. You're in debt. And you've been making payments your whole life without ever touching the balance.
Here's what I know: the only way to actually address it is to look at what's stored. And that takes time. And it takes someone willing to witness it with you without flinching.

That's what the Abstract Tray Method is designed to do.
I'm going live to demonstrate the full process. Come watch. Come ask questions. Come see what it actually looks like to open the ledger.
Drop a Yes! if this hit home. And share this, someone in your circle needs to see it before the live. πŸ‘‡

Nobody taught you how to feel safe.
Because nobody taught them either.
Your parents did the best they could with what they had.
But they were carrying debt too.
Unprocessed fear. Unspoken pain. Nervous systems that never got to finish what they started. And they passed it down.
Not on purpose. But they did.
That's why anxiety isn't just "in your head."
It's in your body.

It's in patterns that were handed to you before you even had words for them. Here's what I want you to know today:
You didn't create this debt.
But you can start paying it down. It takes time.
It takes patience with yourself.
And it takes the right tools.

I've spent years developing something called The Abstract Tray Methodβ„’ β€”
a way to reach the feelings that words can never quite touch.
And I'm going live soon to show you exactly how it works.

No couch. No clinical setting. No pressure to "explain yourself."
Just a path to feeling better that actually meets you where you are.
Drop a πŸ™‹ below if you want to know when I'm going live.
You deserve to feel free from this. πŸ’›
