New Addition! Super Noah's Ark 3D
Wisdom Tree Games was a spinoff of game publisher color dreams, a third party who wanted to make games without paying licensing fees to Nintendo. Nintendo had stated if retailers were caught selling third party games they would no longer receive Nintendo Licensed products. Since Nintendo was a massive ticket for most retailers no one wanted to take the chance of souring their relationship with Nintendo. So How did Wisdom Tree sell product? They focused on religion based games and sold them in Cristian book stores thinking it wouldnt look great if Nintendo went after them.
Super Noah's Ark was rare on account of it being the only unlicensed snes game in the whole U.S. SNES Library. In fact they could'nt figure out the snes' lockout chip so you need to plug a licensed cartridge in the top to bybass it! Super cool addition to add to the collection, and a neat little history behind it!
FYI, Game play? Unbelievably enough it is a Wolfenstein/Doom clone, certainly not what you would expect...
