Thin Air Theatre Company TATC is the resident professional theatre company of Cripple Creek, CO located at The Butte Theater.

We are an independent production company that was the resident professional company at The Butte Theater in Cripple Creek, CO for over 15 years before branching out to other markets across the country. Over our 15 years in Cripple Creek we quadrupled the number of professional productions mounted at The Butte each year, tripled the patronage, had an average sell out ratio of over 65%, and won multiple Awards (including BroadwayWorld's Best Theater Company for the Denver Region).
